Partner Recipe: Broccoli-Kale Slaw with Almond Dressing

Ingredients

[The Slaw]

2 -3 C. Chopped Broccoli Florets

2-3 C. Kale ( chopped or cut into strips)

2/3 C. Dried Cranberries

3/4 C. Red Cabbage ( chopped)

[The dressing]

1/4 C. Mayo

1/4 C. Almond Butter

1/8 C. Olive Oil

1/4 C. Apple Cider Vinegar

2 T. Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar

1 T. Dijon Mustard

Salt and Pepper to taste


Method

1) Combine broccoli, kale, cabbage, and cranberries in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, combine dressing ingredients and mix well until smooth.

2) Add dressing to greens ( add dressing according to your own preference - drier or wetter) and toss well until greens are well coated - Season to taste.
