Doc's Daily Dose: Apple + Carrot Dog Treats
Dogs are human’s best friend, as the old adage goes, and that couldn’t be more true for farmers and their four-legged farm hands.
If you have been following us on social media, you know we have a very smiley farm mascot. He goes by Doc, and he is a joyful part of the Spade & Plow Crew. There is no better place than the farm, with lots of work to be done, and space to run and explore. Doc’s main duties include quality control, sniffing out the scent of fresh produce, and requesting you drop a carrot or two for his delight. One way we like to show our appreciation for all his hard work is by making him a healthy and tasty treat.
Just remember, before you make any homemade treats for your pet, check this list of foods that are hazardous to dogs. It’s a good link to bookmark if you’re a pet owner.
