INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large artichokes

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 1 bunch fresh rosemary

  • 4 tbsp butter

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat your oven to 425, then take your artichokes and cut the tip off with a knife , then snip the ends of each outer leaf of the artichoke with scissors.

2. Cut your artichokes in half vertically and On a sheet of tin foil take a few cubes of butter, minced garlic and rosemary and place it in the tinfoil with the artichoke; wrap each artichoke half individually.

3. Place on a baking sheet, and bake for 60 minutes. Enjoy!
