A Note From Farmer Jenn: How To Eat French Breakfast Radishes
Farmer Jenn has spent time living in France, both as a student and as an au pair for a family.
She is grateful for the time she spent learning from her “French Family,” on the art of cooking and sharing meals. She’ll be the first to tell you: there is no shortage of butter over there. The French’s affinity for cultured cream has rubbed off on she and Farmer Sam. They’ve usually got at least two packs of butter in the fridge at all times!
Jenn also jokes that French Breakfast Radishes are simply called, “radishes” on the other side of the pond, and though perhaps eaten for breakfast, are more commonly enjoyed as an appetizer alongside soup or salad at lunch and dinnertime.
