Regards to the Beauregardes

Tickled purple!

Behold: these Beauts are stockpiling themselves on the farm

We’ve mentioned our growing partnership with Row 7 Seeds, here and there. If you didn’t catch wind, it’s likely because we are still trying to catch our breath, too. You know when something too good to be true comes along, and you just can’t admit that it’s real, out of fear of it going away? Well, that’s farming in a nutshell, but more specifically, that’s been the case with our work with Row 7. They’ve been so generous with us as we’ve put on our big kid pants, trialing and now contracting to grow their product! Their team has worked so hard to hybridize and bring to market some incredibly unique and flavorful varieties. We are so excited to be learning alongside them and taking part in such a ridiculously cool venture.

Enter: Beauregarde Snow Peas.

plucked & proven in the field to turn our toddler’s lips puprle! These beauregarde snow peas are super high in anthocyanin, and the color holds when cooked.

And if it wasn’t clear, we’ve eaten most of these raw! #bestmarketsnack

Other items we’re excited to grow from the Row 7 Seeds spread:

badger flame beets

You likely caught them at market this past winter. More to come for 2025!

Beefy Beans

Yep, as hearty and full-bodied as they sound.

sweet garleek

If spring green garlic and a leek had a baby…

We are so stoked to bring a completely new product to the masses. Additionally, we’re helping redefine the Garlic Capital of the World, here in Gilroy.

Keep you posted on other fun trials from the collection as they come.
